What is HappyOyster?
Happy Oyster is an open-ended world model product for real-time world creation and interaction. Built on a natively multimodal architecture, Happy Oyster supports multimodal understanding together with joint audio-video generation.
Unlike traditional AI video tools that follow a one-shot workflow of "write a prompt, wait for rendering, receive a finished clip," Happy Oyster keeps listening and responding throughout the generation process. The scene reacts in real time and continues to evolve as the user keeps giving instructions.

Are the cases shown on the homepage uploaded by users? Will my work appear there?
The content featured on our homepage comes from user creations. We publish works to the homepage only after you've authorized them to be recommended. You can adjust the authorization status for each of your works anytime under Profile → My Videos. Turning it on means you agree to have that work recommended to the homepage; turning it off keeps it from being featured.
How are credits used, and what if I run out?
Credit consumption rates are subject to the platform's official terms. We regularly give out free creation credits through various events. If you have a clear need for high-frequency creation, you can submit a request via Credit Details → Apply for Extra Credits, and we'll review it as soon as possible.
I'm interested in a B2B partnership. How can I get in touch?
Please click "Apply for Partnership" at the top of the page and submit the form — we'll reach out to you as soon as possible.
Can I download a mobile app to use HappyOyster on my phone?
HappyOyster doesn't support a mobile app yet. If that changes, we'll be sure to let everyone know right away — stay tuned!
How do I change my account or profile settings?
Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the homepage to enter your Profile, then click the edit icon to update your avatar and nickname.
How to delete my account or data?
You can delete your account yourself — just go to Avatar → Account Settings → Delete Account to submit your request. Please note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and all related data will be erased, so please proceed with care.

Why did my generation fail or return an error?
If a generation keeps failing, it may be due to a network issue or content restrictions. Please try adjusting your prompt or settings and generating again.
If the failure or error persists, send the details to HappyOyster@service.alibaba.com or submit them via the feedback form below, and our tech team will help you investigate further.
How can I share product feedback or report an experience issue?

Can I use the generated content commercially?
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, if you hold lawful intellectual property rights to the content you upload, the intellectual property rights in the generated content remain yours, and you may use it commercially on your own, provided you comply with applicable legal requirements such as the Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services and the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated and Synthetic Content.
However, whether such generated content carries intellectual property rights, and to whom those rights belong, is for you to assess and handle yourself; we assume no liability for any losses arising therefrom.
What kind of content is not allowed?
Users must not create, upload, or share content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or our platform policies. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or harmful contexts
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise infringing content used without authorization
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including scams and impersonation
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, or abusive content
- Sexually explicit or adult content
- Any other content that is illegal, unsafe, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the platform
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or take other appropriate action on any content that violates these terms or applicable legal requirements.
